Francis Bond Head offers an account of his travels in South America, through Argentina and the Andes, in the early 19th century, when he was a young man.
He attempted to set up a mining company in Argentina, and rode between Buenos Aires and the Andes twice, from which he was given the nickname "Galloping Head".

Internally, firmly bound. Loss to title page head, not affecting text. Pages age toned due to paper type, with spotting and significant handling marks.
