A smart edition of Lord Byron's satirical epic poem, following the adventures of the Spanish folk legend of Don Juan.

Volume I features cantos I-VI, volume II features cantos VII-XVI.

With 'Public Libraries Nottingham' blind stamped to each front board, and with their blind stamp to the head of each frontispiece and title page. With the label of 'B.S. Henry' to each front pastedown.

Condition

In cloth backed paper covered boards. Back strip spine labels age toned, with a touch of discolouration to back strips. Bumping to back strip heads and tails. Library notice blind stamped to front boards. Front hinge of volume I strained and a touch tender. Bookplates to front pastedowns. Internally, firmly bound. Blind stamps to title page and frontispiece heads. Pages bright, with light spotting and handling marks.
