'Table Talk' illustrated with a vignette title page and five plates. 'The Task' illustrated with a vignette title page and six plates. 'Minor Poems', two parts bound in one, illustrated with a vignette title page, and three plates. Bound without title page. Written by William Cowper. Cowper was an English poet and hymnodist, and was one of the most popular poets of his time. He often wrote about nature and the countryside, and he was one of the forerunners of the Romantic poetry movement. Bookplate to the front pastedowns, 'Alfred R. Cutbill'. Prior owner's ink inscription to the head of the half-titles of 'Table Talk and 'The Task', and to the head of the vignette title page of 'Minor Poems'.
