Containing various tables for measuring timber, stone, glass and anything made use of in building construction or repair. Revised by T. Crosby. E. Hoppus was an English surveyor who lent his name to the Hoppus, a unit of measurement to give the solid content and the value of any piece to timber, stone or other building material, square or round.

Condition

In a full calf binding. Externally, a trifle rubbed with bumping to extremities. Joints cracked. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright with occasional spotting. Small closed tear to fold out repaired with tape. Fold out slightly foxed.
