'The Art of Invigorating and Prolonging Life' is an interesting late Georgian self-help work discussing tips for leading a healthy and long life.

Discussing food, clothes, air, exercise, wine, sleep, and more.

Written by William Kitchiner, the inventor of telescopes. He is best known for his 1817 cookbook 'The Cook's Oracle'.

Half-title is present.

Two pages of adverts to the rear.

Condition

In a rebacked quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Light rubbing and marks to the boards. Minor bumping to the extremities. Cloth is lifting to the tail of the rear joint. Hinges are strained. Small label to the front paste down. Bookseller's label to the rear paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with scattered spots.
