Comprising the Church services, a table of proper lessons and psalms, the orders for morning and evening prayers, and other orders for services such as baptism, as well as prayers for particular uses and days.
Bound full crushed morocco.
Illustrated with four plates of engravings. Collated, complete in comparison with a copy published in 1823, which also states to have four plates.
Together with a new version of the Psalms of David.
Condition
In full crushed morocco. Externally, with rubbing to the extremities and slight fading to the spine. Contemporary leather bookplate of one Elizabeth Holden to the front pastedown. Internally, with cracking to the gutter to the front of the work, with title page at risk of detaching with further handling. Otherwise contents are firmly bound. Pages are age toned, with scattered spots throughout. Contemporary ink inscription to the front free endpaper.
