The first separate edition of this very scarce work, originally published in Volume XVI of 'The Pamphleteer'.

An interesting medical pamphlet exploring the causes of the plague, and other pestilential diseases. This essay was penned for the House of Commons' enquiry into the validity of a contagion of the plague thought to have spread in February 1819.

Condition

Disbound, with paper remnants to the spine. Internally, firmly bound, though the title page is detached but present. Pages are generally bright and clean.
