    A very extensive reference work from the year 1818, comprising of a wealth of information useful for British residents.

    Compiled by John Debrett, the publisher and compiler whose name is now synonymous with peerage reference works.

    This 1818 calendar contains many lists of useful information, includes lists of the Houses of Parliaments, branches of public services, scientific institutes, as well conclusive lists of baronets, peers, bishops, the Royal Navy, Knights, and more. 

    Illustrated with an engraved frontispiece, and one-hundred and nine engraved pages of crests, illustrated on both sides. Collated, complete.

    With an index to the rear, handsomely bound in calf with gilt detailing.

    Condition

    In a full calf binding, with gilt detailing. Externally, vibrant, with rubbing to boards. Front joint head and tail and rear joint tail starting, with board firmly held. Internally, firmly bound. Pages exceptionally clean and bright.
