What Our Customers Say...

Description

Early Edition, Original Binding, Very Scarce

The second edition of this very scarce work, published from Volume XII of 'The Pamphleteer'.

First published the year prior, in this work Dr. James Hamilton carefully critiques Garrow's proposed legislation which aimed at standardising surgical practice across the country. He evaluates the bill's potential impacts on both practitioners' autonomy and patient safety.

This edition was published after it had been decided that the bill would not pass into law.
