A very scarce article from The Pamphleteer, disbound, but complete (pages 49-78).

Dated 1816, London. 'NO.XVII. Pam. VOL.IX. D' noted at the bottom of the title page.

The author is not stated, but as later editions expand on this initial article and were written by Sir Richard Clayton, the British Library attributes this 1816 work to him.

Sir Richard Clayton, 1st Baronet (1745–1828), was an English barrister, diplomat, author and translator.
