Handsomely bound in full calf with gilt detailing to the spines. Externally, lovely, with just a touch of shelf wear. Internally, all volumes are firmly bound. A few patches of light age-toning and a few spots to the pages, particularly to the title page of Volume III. Pages are otherwise generally clean throughout, especially given the age of the work.
