A very scarce article from The Pamphleteer, disbound, but complete (pages 257-267).

Dated 1815. 'NO.XI. Pam. VOL.VI. R' noted at the bottom of the title page.

The ten page article summarises the thoughts of the House of Commons Committee, having looked at the various issues affecting madhouses and how they might be regulated in the future.

Condition

Disbound. All pages present but many detached, with age toning and some spotting. Crease to two leaves. A British Library stamp and number on the second leaf.
