An informative and much enlarged work containing the memoirs of Horatio Nelson, working chronologically through Nelson's professional career. An early Nelson biography, first published shortly before Nelson's funeral on the 9th January 1806. This third and finest edition appeared shortly after and contains an excellent contemporary account of the ceremony.
