    The eighth edition of the Portuguese translation from the original French. 

    The register runs from [4], A-Q8, R4. Collated, complete. 

    This mathematical work provides a Portuguese translation of Etienne Bezout's mathematical theories on arithmetic. Bezout was a French mathematician who is known for his work 'Theorie Generale des Equations Algebriques'. 

    Bound in contemporary full calf, retaining original endpapers and half titles.

    Condition

    Bound in contemporary full calf. Externally, joints tender, with rubbing to the extremities, cracking to the spine, and marks to the boards. Front free endpaper adhered to the pastedown. Tidemarks to the front endpapers, with light spotting to both. Internally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages with the odd spot only.
