The works of Oliver Goldsmith, an Anglo-Irish novelist, playwright, dramatist, and poet, best known for his novel 'The Vicar of Wakefield'. 

The present work collects in four volumes a miscellany of his work, including notable poetry (The Deserted Village &c.), novels (The Vicar of Wakefield &c.), ballads (The Hermit), plays (The Good-Natur'd Man and She Stoops to Conquer &c.), and more.

Rebacked, retaining the original tree calf boards, with endpapers renewed.

Condition

Rebacked in calf, retaining the original tree calf boards and also retaining the original endpapers. Externally, exceptionally lovely. Internally, firmly bound. Pages just a touch age toned due to paper type, otherwise clean and bright.
