Condition
Bound in the publisher's paper-covered boards, rebacked and with a contemporary spine. Endpapers renewed. Externally, sound, with light soiling to boards and some darkening to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a little roughly cut, but bright and with just the odd mark. Title page is incorrectly bound, containing the title page from volume I and the text of volume II.
