A collection of five very scarce sermons by John Sharp, an English bishop and Archbishop of York from 1691-1714. John Sharp was also appointed as the advisor to Queen Anne on matters of the Church. 


Condition

Bound in modern paper covers. Externally excellent with minor marks to the title pages, and slight marks and fading to the covers. Internally firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages with only the odd minor spot. Pages closely cropped, with very minimal effect to the text.
